Account data includes your email address, password authentication data, session cookies, linked Google sign-in identity when used, account status, role, and security timestamps.

Profile data includes birth date, birth time when provided, unknown-birth-time preference, birth location, timezone, current timezone, timezone offset, coordinates, altitude, preferred astrology system, tone, experience level, notification preference, and data usage consent.

Generated service data includes chart calculations, D1 and D9 placements, dasha and timeline records, transits, readings, weekly guidance, forecasts, learning matches, chat messages, generated responses, usage records, and cached context needed to serve the app.

Optional matching data includes your public display name, bio, tags, matching intent, opt-in status, likes, passes, mutual matches, score explanations, and match timestamps.

We use your information to create and secure your account, compute astrology charts, generate timelines and readings, personalize guidance, preserve chat history, operate optional matching, provide exports, process deletion requests, and maintain the service.

Birth details and chart metrics are sensitive because they can reveal location and personal timing context. Astromentor uses them only to provide account-linked astrology features, privacy exports, support, security, and product operations.

Some readings, guidance, forecasts, and chat responses may be generated from your saved chart context, preferences, timeline data, and messages. If data usage consent is disabled or generation is unavailable, the app may provide deterministic fallback content where supported.

You can update data usage consent in settings. Certain features require consent because they rely on saving birth profile data and generated chart context.

Astromentor may process data through infrastructure, authentication, database, email, observability, chart calculation, and generation providers needed to run the service. Providers should only receive data needed for their function.

Your exact birth data, email, private chart evidence, chat messages, and readings are not shown to other users through vibe matching. Matching uses only the public profile fields you choose to share until a mutual match is created.

Astromentor keeps account, profile, generated, chat, timeline, and matching data while your account is active so the app can reload your workspace and privacy exports.

You can request an export or deletion from settings. Deletion is designed to remove account-linked product data from active systems, while limited backups, security logs, audit logs, or records needed for legal and operational reasons may remain for a limited period.

Astromentor uses session cookies, password hashing, access controls, account status checks, and administrative audit records to help protect accounts and product operations.

You can change your password, sign out, request export, request deletion, adjust notification and data usage consent, and opt out of optional matching where those controls are available.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Astromentor changes. New users must accept the current Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions before creating an account.
